This person has 7 dui's and was pulled over in Travis county. I found out that there is 2 warrants in Texas, I live in Illinois. Does not make any sense that someone can use my Identity so easily. I spoke with the deputy in that county, he said if its a minor traffic violation they really don't press for ID. The other issue is the birth date she gave is not even close to mine. So how do they match someone up issue a court date and warrants? I also would like to pursue Identity theft charges. Any suggestions?

How much should I pay this sitter?

We live in the midwest, Illinois to be more exact, near the Mississippi River. Minimum wage is about $8 an hour here and I do not make too much more than that. What do I do for my depressed fiance?

We have been dating for 3 years. He has always been prone to feeling down (never anything that would suggest depression) and been a bit of a pessimist. About a year ago, he took a job in a different city while I was still in college. Since then, he has been having worse and worse episodes of depression. At first I thought that it was the stress of a job that requires him to keep strange hours and travel a lot or maybe the stress of moving back in with his dad, who he doesn't always get along with. But now it's worse than ever. After doing some research, it appears that he may have dysthymia, a form of depression. I confronted him with my suspicions and a list of symptoms. He agrees that this seems likely, but does not seem to see any point in perusing treatment. He does a lot better when I visit, but I live two hours away and cannot see him more than a couple times a month. I have found some treatments that to try at home (he does not have the money to see a therapist at this time), but he just can't see the point of trying and really believes that things cannot get better. I do not have any illusions that I can "fix" him, but how do help him to get motivated to help himself, especially when I don't see him very often?

Landlord/tenant law in Arizona?

I live in Maricopa County AZ. My mother was co-tenant on my lease. She passed away 06/22/11. Now I HAVE to move, but I'm in the middle of a 12 month lease. My landlord has no mercy-she says if I move out under ANY circumstances, I'm am breaking the lease-there is NO condition in which I can legally void my lease. Do I have any rights here? I don't know if anyone is like this, but I'm so ultra sensitive that I do not want to have friends and this appears to others that I don't care about anybody. The reason I don't want friends is because I know I'll avoid them when they start talking about hard times in their lives and feelings of sadness. This is not because I don't care about them and I don't want to help them, but because this will make me so affected that their own misfortunes would attach themselves to me and I'll probably feel even worse than them; of course avoiding them at these times would make me look cold-hearted. In reality, I love helping and donating to people at the impersonal level. Also, whenever I'm watching a sad movie with someone, I can feel myself about to cry as my shoulders start to shake when I try to hold it in. Sometimes when I do this, I need to laugh to relieve myself because I know if I let tears come down, they won't stop. If a third party would observe this, it'll look like I'm laughing at the sad situation in the movie. To make my sensitivity even more apparent, I sometimes feel like weeping when I peruse online debating boards and I see people call each other names and be cruel to each other. When I refuse to partake in these kind of conversations, I suppose it'll seem like I couldn't care less, but really, I would be running away in fear of getting hurt myself while viewing others being verbally abused. To top it of, I'm struggling months later to forgive my friend for declaring ending his friendship with me because I didn't stay online to help him with something. He said he still loves me as a friend and we're past that, but now whenever I talk to him I think of him demonstrating his ability to just drop me like I'm nothing to him and it still hurts. I never hear the Tea party / Republican's / Fox News mention things like this. Is there some benefit to this that I don't understand? If the Middle class is smaller, and there is a larger poverty range, and richer rich people, does this help business? Okay so My fianc�e got into a car accident and his mom perused power of attorney and temporary guardianship we live in wisconsin and his dad was in idaho his mom called his dad and sent him a paper that she typed up to give her power of attorney his dad came here and is having problems with the way his mother is doing things the paper that he signed being that it was not notarized or even a legal document can he have dismissed to gain power of his son back? If so how would he go about it or did he even loose his control over his son being it wasnt a legal document and there was no lawyer there when he signed it. I have minimal work over 2 year span resume. I do costumer service mainly courtesy I'm asking for more hours but aside from that I been looking. On a personal note I took some time off to recover from surgery prevented me from working in a comfortably consistent rate. Who is responsible for the actions that follow, the prostitute or the brothel? By any other standards of employment, an independent contractor is to carry liability insurance. If a prostitute threatens an employee, harasses that person into leaving, and they are now unemployed, who is responsible? A person can only lose so much dignity under the notion that the prostitute is "doing" the boss before they can no longer take anymore. Stress, embarrassment, loss of wages and the employer took no action.

Scenario: There's this guy I went to school with basically the whole 12 years I was in school. We never really payed attention to one another; we were always just kind of there. Naturally he was a prime contender. So I got the courage to talk to him one night on FB. At first I was just looking to be friends, but I slowly began to develop an attraction to him towards the end of that summer. I felt I only had this new found attraction towards him because he was something new and interesting in my life. I liked the whole spontaneity of our relationship, and the fact that he was someone new to talk with, to get to known, and to figure out. I made some attempts to see if he wanted to hang out that summer but they never came through. Naturally I was very pessimistic about the situation and immediately thought he didn't like me and didn't want to be friends and that he thought I was some weirdo/freak randomly talking to him like I was... But I told myself I was over thinking it and that wasn't the case. I was just being a drama queen and he really didn't have a problem with me. Though we continued to talk for about 5 more months via texts, I finally reached a point that Jan where I was very frustrated by the whole thing. It had been over 6 months, we still had not even ever hung out together, though he would always talk to me I had always been the one to initiate conversation, and I was getting the feeling I was annoying him and he was only talking to me to be nice. I tried repeatedly again to convince myself I was over thinking things: I mean if he was really annoyed with me at that point for that long he would have not even talked to me probably, right? Nonetheless, though I would have readily perused something more than friends if the opportunity had presented itself, I finally, though unenthusiastically, accepted that we were just somewhat friends. I originally really wanted to be good friends, but I would settle and I just made myself move on. I put things on a hiatus. I moved on. Though he sometimes crossed my mind I kind of brushed things off and told myself you are not going to contact him. If he wanted or cared to speak with you he would contact you. Some nights I spent mins just staring at his icon on FB, his name in my phone, just wishing he would contact me. Wishing he would get some miraculous enlightenment from the thoughts about him I was sending out into world like radio signals, and contact me. Of course nothing. That crap only happens in sappy noels, TV shows, and fantasies.... but oh well. Not to be a downer, but its true. Over a year went by where we didn't contact one another. Id occasionally think about him, and he clearly never gave me the time of day. Then, a couple of weeks ago, I heard about how he went through a real personal tragedy. Him and his roommates got hit by those series of horrible tornadoes and his house, car, etc were all completely destroyed. Luckily they were all ok. Immediately my heart went out to him. I really wanted to let him know I was at least keeping him in my thoughts and prayers by sending him a message or talking to him in some way, but I was still being to prideful to contact him. I finally said that's childish (he could have freakin died!) and sent him a text message. He responded with a simple thank you and let me know how much it meant to him I was praying for him. I could have striked up a conversation but I told myself NO. But talking to him again just stirred up all those emotions I had before. It began to really weigh on me, and a couple of days ago I got the nerve to check up on him and strike up a conversation. Things didnt go how I had wanted though. It was the same ole same ole. Me being the one to try and talk to him first. Me throwing ice breakers (topics and questions that couldn't be answered with a simple yes or no) and all I got was nothing. Simple short answers. I tried curve balls to get him to open up and talk to me but. Nada. Tried everything. I became frustrated all over again and eventually the conversation just died. I'm trying so hard and he isn't showing the slightest indication that he even cares. Im not even looking for a real relationship, I would be happy with just a good friendship. I obv care about him somewhat and he doesnt even really give two hoots about me. I feel pathetic. Desperate. Stupid. Like a creepy weirdo. So my question is what should I do?? If the current sadlle that you use fits more then one pony you could find out from the owner of the saddle what the seat measurement is(from the nail on the pomel to the center of the cantel, so that would be like 17, 17.5 etc) as well as how the gullet is shaped as and the measurement of that so you can purchase a similar saddle that will fit basically the same as the one you are already using.

I need to know if my husbands job is allowed to take away labor hours?

my husband works for a car care company. The manager recently told him that when he cant get a customer to agree to the work needed to fix there car, he will cut the labor time it calls for so that he can get the sale. So if the computer calls for 3 hours labor the manager is cutting it down to 1.5 hours labor. This wouldn't really be that big of deal except my husband gets paid more if he brakes base, but he cant brake base if the labor hours are cut. So i need to know if they are allowed to do this? My husband at one time used to manage that shop and was not being treated fairly so he ended up quiting and they recently called him and asked him to come back. Do pet dogs ever eat wild animals?

Some do, some don't. I currently have a cattle dog mix who will catch squirrels without even injuring them, but I used to have two terriers who would kill and eat lizards, birds, snakes, mice, rats, etc. Basically anything that would fit in their mouth. I think it depends a lot on the dog, and maybe the breed. Terrier were bred to kill rodents, but cattle dogs are supposed to herd and keep safe the flock. Labs, at least, are bred as retrievers, so it makes sense that he wouldn't eat it.

HELP! I was asked to leave a Kohl's for "following" a customer around? Should I sue?

Help! Yest day I was perusing my local Kohl's when I saw a custmer that was very well-dressed and looked very snazzed and spruced up. Okay, i absolutely ADORE Greece. My aunt is Greek and i just love the culture, language, food, the history, and who can forget: THE BEAUTY! I also like hospitality and tourism and foriegn language. Windows Vista Home Basic backup?

In perusing information about backing up in Vista Home Basic, I learned that it's not possible to back up the entire C drive, only basic user files. When I first installed Vista, I was poking around all the features and I remember using the backup feature. However, I THOUGHT I had backed up my entire C drive. Hi, when I turn 18 this year me and my boyfriend want to move in and get an apartment together. He works at tops, and I work at a restaurant, Im a busser making 4.25 an hour plus tips, I walk out of work with about 80 dollars a night and thats on a slow day.I work from 4-9. Only three days a week right now. So I make around 300 in three days. Plus my boyfriends wages. The apartment we want is 375 a month. Tenants have to pay for water and electricity. I have a car, my parents told me when I move out I would still be allowed on their insurance as long as I pay 100 dollars a month. So putting everything together gas, rent, food, insurance. Do you think we would make it with both of our incomes?

It also really bothers me that she's putting my niece and nephew in daycare so many times a week, I don't think she realizes that she's giving up time with them. Should I be worried about new virus protection?

I was perusing the internet to kill time and a message appeared that said my laptop has a virus (it didn't specify what it was) and that it should be taken care of asap to prevent from losing any files. The laptop was given to me from my big bro, and I haven't really worried about protection til now. There's a McAfee Security Scan Plus software already installed, but the laptop cannot find any active virus protection. I am about to be 18, I have a 2 year old son, and I want to move out. How can I do this?

I found a 2 bedroom apartment for $675 a month. I did the math and if I found a job that paid minimum wage and I work 8 hours a week i'd make $1152 a month. I added up how much food, water and electric bill with the rent. I would have to pay about $1080 a month. I would have $72 left over for assentials, but I would also get $185 a month TANF a month maybe more. So that gives me a little extra :) I'm also almost positive that I would get food stamps. I dont have to pay a cell phone bill because i'm on my dads plan. The goverment is helping me with day care so I only have to pay like $15 a month for day care. I'm wondering if this is a good plan and if anyone has any ideas to add of to correct me? I would really appreciate some advice ASAP :)

What to do about my boss/roommate yelling at her kids all day everyday?

I work as a nanny to 3 kids, and one is very difficult with huge emotional and behavioral issues. I have received numerous compliments from friends and there family on the positive changes that have came about since i have been there nanny. They went through 6 nannies in 3 years, and i am the only one who has stayed and taken an invested roll in the girl, of which i have been told no one else could get along with her. Well my question is, part of my pay, which is i believe to be below minimum wage, is to live at the house, since the mother works 24 hours shifts. I do not make enough to pay to live anywhere else. Well the problem is that the mother yells at the kids all the time, almost 6 to 10 times a day, i hear her yelling, and it seems to always be right outside my bedroom door, or my window, at ground level. I "hide" in my room constantly when the mother is here, part to give them there space, and privacy, and part because i do not enjoy interaction with the mother, because she always asks me to work overtime without pay, and she is always in a bad mood. the yelling is so distracting, and starts as soon as the kids get home from school, or when the whole family gets home from going somewhere. I can barely get anything done, from work, paying bills, all the work people have to keep up on, (looking for a new job), my entire to do list. The family is on vacation this week and i have been so productive with getting stuff done, that i have realized just how bad her yelling is effecting my emotional well being, and productivity. I have tried working in my car, and to hot this time of year, and i go to the library which is the best alternative, but then need to go get food, etc, and end up spending money, and not getting alot done because of people talking, or loud kids at the library. i would appreciate some idea's as to what other people would do in this situation. I am looking for another job, but with this economy it is a bit of a slow process. I feel if my room and board are part of the pay, i should have a right to a peaceful environment, and not have to listen to all that yelling, of which it doesn't take to get the kids to behave, they do just fine, and i NEVER yell at them, so as to show them that isn't the only way to communicate. Also when there mother is here, all the kids yell alot also, and the girl screems all the time, and fights with her brothers, when im on duty and the mother is gone, non of the kids yell, or scream or fight. It is very peaceful when she isnt here, and when she is, you can tell the anxiety of the kids goes through the ceiling, as does mine. If i were to say something to her, what would be appropriate? I'm a pretty straight-edge 19-yr-old second year college student, who's really focused on school. Recently, though, I have met and started dating someone a bit older than myself and who is more sexually liberated. They respect me, but I realize they want more eventually, and gradually I notice are getting me to experiment a bit further and further, which I am okay with for the most part. However, I realize everything has a consequence. Even though we are not having intercourse and I don't think I would like to do so, (since I'm not sure where I stand with such things, I don't want to rush into anything unless I'm completely certain of what I want from life and what my moral stance on sex is), fooling around always leaves the door open for accidents. In order to be responsible and provide a back-up plan for any accidents which may occur, I am considering perusing getting on an oral contraceptive. However, I'm really close with my family, and can't really hide anything from them, nor do I want to. Here then is my dilemma. I've really not told them yet of this person I've started dating (well, as being someone more than a friend to me or how I feel about them)...a fellow intern at a research center I met while on internship for two terms...and the fact that I'm becoming more explorative may surprise and perhaps disappoint them to some degree, though I know they would in the end appreciate my honesty more than anything. I want to talk to them about it, and confide in them, and I want to be safe, but I'm not sure how to approach them about it. My mother would probably be my first choice to talk to about it all...If I want anything lasting or meaningful to amount from any of this, I obviously need to share with people what's going on in my life. I have also considered going to a planned parenthood and setting up a means to get birth control, just to be safe, and then I could always tell my family when I feel ready to. But at the same time, I'm an honest person and not saying anything or hiding something is stupid and would eat away at me. Has anyone had this conversation before? Haha, well a better question would be, what is the best way to approach this conversation? I would appreciate anyone's past experiences haha. :)

On Glee, a lot of people are obsessed with Finn and Rachel for some reason. I used to like them, but they proved to be an unhealthy couple. It's like they expect us to root for them, when Rachel has been a manipulative person in this. She acted as if she had rights over Finn, when actually, Quinn has been in the game with Finn for a long time and Rachel is just some new girl who just came in Finn's life. I used to like them a lot, but Rachel has proved to be just as mean as Quinn. I can relate to Quinn more because she's just like every other insecure teen, but Finchel fans are so idealistic and are usually young teenaged girls who didn't get the popular guy they wanted, so they use their lost dreams on two fictional characters. Rachel basically said, "I know you're dating Finn, but I'm not giving up on him. It's not over and I'm going to keep perusing him until you two break up." That warrants a slap across the face. Fuinn aren't a good couple either, but Finchel aren't any better. If they're really "endgame", then I'll be annoying because it's cliche. Why can't the pretty, blonde girl be happy and get the guy she wants? Why does every teen show/movie have to consist of the popular guy and not-popular girl getting together at the other girl's expense. Is the moral of the story: If you're like any other kid in high school who has been mean and not perfect, you deserved to get your partner taken from you by someone you mortally despise? Rachel is just jealous of Quinn because she knows that's Finn's first love, and she even admitted it. If they divorced then there should be a divorce decree that spells out everything. If they are just separated then you are free to move in with your mom as long as your mom can take care of you.
