What are some gap year opportunities in Ghana, Africa?

I've recently been to Ghana, Africa and fallen in love with the country. I'm looking to take a gap year there next year, but am having trouble perusing the many gap year sites. I realize most gap years are volunteer programs, sometimes ones that you have to pay for yourself, but I'm looking for something that I would be paid for. Not a lot of money, just enough to live off of. I also would prefer if the program was in the central region as thats where I'm familiar with. Does anyone know of any such programs?
