Is it possible to get back with your ex?

You were obviously third on the list. If he wanted you to stay with him and you could be that wife, kudos to you. Personally, I am in the Army and have had a rough 8 years of marriage. I really enjoy being a medic, and my wife knows that. However, the minute she came to me and said "this is enough, you need to be finished", I would comply. What's the point of being together if that person is not your priority?
