My new t-shirt was made in Thailand. What are the average hourly wages paid there to make this?

What wages are paid in 3d world sweatshops, as compared to the U.S.? And how many U.S. jobs have been lost in the last 10 years to the 3d world manufacturers? Does anyone really care??
