Are these two addresses in Columbus, OH relatively safe/decent?

I don't know these areas, but I recommend living in Grandview, Upper Arlington, Pickerington, Gahanna, Dublin, Blacklick ... Just don't live on the East side of town inside of the 270 loop. East side OUTSIDE of 270 loop is fine. Don't live anywhere near Livingston and Brice, unless you're comfortable with shootings. Good luck! Apartments.com is your friend, use it!
